Thanks to everyone who came out to my last free workout in the park!  For those of you who’d like to be about to do that workout again, and for those of you who missed out, here it is!  I hope to see you all at my next workout in the park!

Warm Up (15 each)

Marching

Trunk Rotation

High Knees

Inch Worm

Leg Swing/Toe Touch

 

Workout (3-5 sets 15 reps)

Push Ups

Mountain Climbers

Squats/Jump Squat

Dips

Lunges

 

Cool Down (Hold each stretch 30 seconds)

Hamstring Stretch

Chest/Biceps Stretch

Triceps Stretch

Standing Cat/Cow

Standing Hip Opener
