We’ve all been there. Too many things on the to do list and a workout doesn’t seem like it’ll fit into the schedule. Try a circuit! Not only are circuits a great workout, but they’re fast! Start with 5-10 minutes of warm up on the stairmill or elliptical followed by 3-5 exercises of your choice
