Private Training includes custom cardiovascular training plan, resistance training plan, and nutritional guidance. Includes continual form consultations and bi-weekly program evaluation/adjustments. Choose from 2-16 training sessions per month.

Couples Training

Private training for two. Sign up with your significant other and receive a discount!

Online Training Plan

Don't live nearby?  No problem! Program includes custom cardiovascular training plan, custom resistance training plan, and nutritional guidance. Includes two 30-minute phone consultations per month with continual program adjustments as well as email and text help as needed.
