Private Training

Private Training includes custom cardiovascular training plan, resistance training plan, and custom meal plan. Includes continual form consultations and program evaluation/adjustments. Choose from 2-16 training sessions per month.

Couples Training

Private training for you and your family or friends. All the same benefits as private training, but with a friend. Sign up with a partner and receive a discount!

Meal Planning

Feel comfortable with your exercise routine, but would like help with nutrition?  Choose from a one time meal plan, or ongoing nutrition planning and support.  Learn about the importance of macro and micronutrients, receive custom nutrition advice, meal preparation tips, and more.

Online Training

Don't live nearby?  No problem! Program includes custom cardiovascular training plan, custom resistance training plan, and custom meal plan. Includes two phone/email consultations per month with continual program adjustments as well as email and text help as needed.

Form and Equipment Training

Are you new to the gym but don't want to hire a full time personal trainer? Do you already like to exercise but would like to expand your knowledge of gym equipment? Do you feel like you need more help with form?  Short term form and equipment training may be right for you!
